Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All subscriptions to Falconyte services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are generally not provided for partial periods of service, except as required by law or as specified in this policy.

We offer a limited refund window for new customers under specific conditions, described below.


2. 48-Hour Conditional Refund for New Customers

New customers are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of their first subscription payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • The account is a first-time subscription (no prior paid accounts).
  • The refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial payment.
  • The account has not engaged in significant usage of paid features or resources, such as sending campaigns, connecting domains, or consuming credits beyond minimal testing.
  • The account has not violated the Falconyte Terms of Service.

Falconyte reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on account activity and overall usage patterns. Refunds requested outside these conditions or found to involve misuse may be denied.


3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. You will continue to have access to Falconyte's services until the end of the paid billing cycle.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal payments after the first subscription period
  • Upgrades, add-ons, or additional features purchased
  • Usage credits or prepaid resource packs
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the first payment

5. Processing Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Your Falconyte account email address
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of original payment

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
