Who we are
Falconyte builds and operates dedicated mail servers. This policy explains what data we handle in the course of that work, and what we do not do with it.
This website
These pages are static. We set no cookies, run no analytics, and embed no third-party trackers. If you write to us, we keep your message and address only for as long as it takes to answer you.
Google account access
Some of our tooling connects to Google accounts that Falconyte owns and operates, using Google's published APIs. Where it does, it is granted permission to send mail from those accounts and nothing further — it cannot read, search, modify, or delete messages, and it does not access contacts, calendars, or files.
We do not request access to accounts belonging to anyone else.
What we store, and for how long
- The address of each account we operate
- The access credential that authorises sending
- A delivery record for each message we send: time, destination, and outcome
Credentials are encrypted at rest and reachable only by the operator. They are kept while an account is in service and deleted when it is not. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the account's own Google security settings, under Third-party apps & services, which invalidates the credential immediately.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or transfer this data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. Nobody reads the contents of the mail; our records note only whether and where a message arrived.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
